Kay is a Certified Personnel Consultant. This
professional designation is conferred by the National
Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) upon those members
in the personnel consulting field who meet the qualifications.
The Certification
Program is dedicated to increasing the professional level of
NAPS members and to developing meaningful and ethical standards
fully accepted by the members and duly recognized in the
business community. An individual may become a candidate
for the CPC only after two years in the personnel consulting
profession. Applicants must be willing to participate in
continuing education and must agree to uphold the NAPS
Standards of Ethical Practices and Certification Program
Rules.
