Our Principal - Heidi Kay
Ms. Kay entered the search business
after working for several years in the consulting industry. In
positions with Arthur D. Little, Inc., a prestigious Boston area
management consulting firm and Schlumberger Technologies, a
worldwide manufacturer of high technology information systems,
Heidi developed the networking and research skills that have
contributed to her success in executive search.
Heidi Kay was the top recruiter for P&E Search, a
nationwide recruitment firm based out of Dallas, TX. In the two
years that she was with the organization, she quickly rose to
top recruiter status, building a medical desk from the ground
up.
Ms. Kay founded Kay Concepts in
1992. The company prides itself on its philosophy,
ethics and professionalism.
Heidi Kay graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from
Brandeis University in 1987 with a BA in Psychology. Her studies
emphasized personnel and organizational behavior. Graduate
studies include several MBA courses both at Boston University
and William & Mary.
In addition, Ms. Kay is certified as
a "CPC" or Certified Personnel
Consultant. This achievement is recognized as the leading professional
designation in the recruitment industry. The CPC exam covers
legal topics concentrating on interview and employment law.
Ms. Kay lives in Palm Harbor, Florida with her husband and three
beautiful children. |
